Rebecca Bueno launched Bridgehead Labor Consulting to serve as a trusted, independent ally for public sector associations. With over 15 years of experience working alongside nonprofits and public sector unions, she brings a deep, practical understanding of the unique challenges facing modern labor organizations.
A lifelong resident of Los Angeles County, Rebecca holds a Master of Public Administration, combining top-tier academic knowledge with decades of local insight.
Specializing in services from labor relations and human resources to managing operations on major campaigns, Rebecca works closely with union leadership to protect the workforces that serve our communities. As a sole practitioner, Rebecca offers her clients an exclusive level of focus, discretion, and seasoned insight.
